I’m going to talk about the more important
things for me and that thing is feeling good. Being happy is the most important
in the word, but actually people in general feel so sad, sick and depressed,
because the pace of life is so fast and no one worries about their welfare, although
no one knows what makes them feel good so, I’ve searched many forms to feel
good and found things like food, sports, music and time just for myself. I
found interesting things like the chocolate of course, and I discovered that if
you eat black chocolate is so good for your health because calories help you to
regulate the discharge of the blood flow in the brain. This improves our
capacity of concentration and gives us so much energy. Although mussels give us
proteins to help our brain too, blue potato, coconut puts us so happy.
I discover too that the sports are fabulous and make that your body feels great...
personally I love every kind of sport, but more or less 5 years ago I knew the surf that consist in "run waves" and I think that is the sport more complicate and beautiful that I never knew. Basically you begin in nothing and it´s so difficult advance, but with very much time and perseverance you can became good like every sport I guess.
